Job Title: Creative Director marketing1/RP
·         The Creative Director will manage a team of Graphic designers, Flash developers and Web developers to design and produce custom creative solutions for top U.S. brands. 
·         Responsibilities include overseeing and mentoring design efforts, managing production timelines, and ensuring design solutions meet the highest standards of excellence (from concept to information design to visual execution). Working closely with a U.S. based project management team, you will help translate the brand experience to the Internet. 
·         Responsibilities Work with the U.S. team to lead and manage multiple web production projects.
·         Evaluate creative options and its associated risks, and proactively present online solutions. 
·         Manage a team of Developers and designers to fulfill goals and objectives, professional development, coaching, and evaluations and act as Team Leader with diplomacy and tact across teams and send status updates to management. 
·         Manage projects through production timelines, track progress and project deliverables, and review factors which affect schedules to help manage expectations Present solutions with a positive tone and strategic approach. 
·         Lead weekly project meetings and report risks and solutions to Senior Management Ensure quality design work that meets site standards and guidelines. 
·         Monitor workload and assign projects. Mentor designers and ensure creative development. 
·         Assist in development of new production processes.
·         Monitor and optimize production workflow and processes.
·         Assist in design and development of rich media ad units and user interfaces. 
·         Provide creative asset specs and optimization guidance to external vendors and creative agencies. 
·         Create and/or present wireframes and/or user flow diagrams to define and illustrate site layouts, functionality and user experience to external teams.
  • Work closely with Design Team to develop concept visually.
  • Handling corporate events,launches, mall activations
  • Conceptualize,ideate & put that in the presentation 
  • ideate or create concepts & themes(Conceptualizer)
  • Conceptualize, ideate and document, novel engaging ideas/ themes / activities for brand presence.
  • Assist in creating quality presentations.
  • Analyze & leverage innovative campaign concepts, trends.
Skills - People management and superior (almost gifted) levels of judging interface and aesthetic design (in digital and print) would be perfect for the job. You should be able to direct the team to deliver results that are world class and even be able to whip out a project yourself, if required.
