Job Summary
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously competent in planning, and organizing tender schedules, and meet Tender deadlines. Have experience in maintaining a strong rapport with Clients, Consultants and Vendors and with two-way feedback, Numerically sound and extensive experience in estimating with solid knowledge in contracts requirements, conditions and terms .
Essential Functions
Have high attention to detail and can keep a constant eye on the market and trends. Manage the tendering/estimating process including detailed reviews/ analyses
Provide hands-on support to the Estimators as required, ensuring estimates conform to client specification
Co-ordinate and participate in tender reviews
Participate in and drive the preparation of tender strategies - develop 'winning' strategies in Construction Methodology and Submission Requirements.
Liaise with senior managers at tender stage to ensure that appropriate contract/commercial and financial reviews are undertaken in respect of contract/tender documentation
 Prepare documentation and presentation material for prequalification, bids and projects
 Lead, manage and develop the pre-contracts team. Ensure all Performance Reviews carried out with resultant 'actions' implemented after the submission of each tender.
 Represent the company at the site inspection and in pre-award negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
 Ensure participation in the handover of successful tenders to operational staff
 Develop appropriate construction methods appropriate plant selection and temporary work solutions together with Project Manager .
 Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
 Progress claim assistance and external variations
 Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
 Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
Job Requirements, Qualifications & Competencies
 Education: Civil engineer degree.
 Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
o PMP certificate is an advantage.
o Contract administration

Working condition & other Information
 Job location will be on the different sites of the company
 Travel is required
 Normal working hours :
o Saturday to Thursday: from 8 am – 4:30 pm. One break 30 minutes
o Friday is a weekend holiday.
